We provide social media marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Social media account setup and management
  • DM Appointment Setting
  • Advertising and promotion
  • Analytics and reporting

3. Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You must use our services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

4. Payment

  • You agree to pay us the fees for our services as specified in our agreement.
  • Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

5. Intellectual Property

  • We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in our services and materials.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your intellectual property for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days’ written notice.
  • Upon termination, you will pay all outstanding fees.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming.
  • Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

10. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us.
  • These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • We will notify you of significant changes by email or website notification.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
